Rassam Studio was founded in 2005 in Tehran after we, Mehdi Atashbar and Hashem Karimi, discovered that our services were attractive to all that were seeking some level of uniqueness. As a client-intimate studio, we go beyond traditional design. With deep knowledge of each client's business, we offer customized solutions and advice. We aim to provide creative architecture to meet climatic, economical, political, social, and cultural requirements for every project. Our work spans single-family homes to large-scale residential, commercial and multi- purpose buildings and landscape design. In 2016, the Zafaranieh Garden Residential Complex project was ranked third in residential buildings and won the Memar Award. Our work in P.S.P Office Building was also praised and awarded the Memar Award for sustainable systems processing in 2011
